Familiarisation Trip as Part of the European Wine Conference

As part of the European Wine Conference held in West Macedonia, a familiarisation trip was organised for prominent journalists and professionals from the tourism and agri-food sectors. The initiative aimed to showcase the region’s rich tourism offering to a wider audience across Greece. Alongside attending selected sessions of the European Wine Conference relevant to their fields of interest, the invited guests had the opportunity to explore some of West Macedonia’s lesser-known destinations and sites of particular interest, gaining first-hand insight into the region’s unique natural, cultural, and gastronomic heritage.
