Here, The Wool Journey invites you to explore the art of traditional weaving through a unique, hands-on experience. As you make your way around the museum, you’ll follow the wool’s journey step by step, from shearing and washing to spinning, dyeing and weaving. You’ll have the chance to see traditional tools up close, touch the materials and discover how a loom is prepared, from arranging the warp threads to the final stages of setting it up. It’s a memorable stop that brings you closer to the traditions, history and cultural heritage of Grevena .
