Dragon’s Cave
An impressive 300-metre route awaits you at Dragon’s Cave, where you will have the chance to admire spectacular stalactites and stalagmites. What does it include? Ten chambers, seven small freshwater lakes (a unique feature across Greece), striking stalactites and stalagmites, as well as palaeontological findings such as cave bear bones dating back approximately 10,000 years. Visits are conducted in small groups (up to 12 people) to protect the microclimate and ensure air circulation, while the temperature remains constant at 16–18°C and humidity reaches 90%. The exit through an artificial passage leads to an exhibition corridor with photographs and materials from the construction phases. A true must-see for those seeking experiences beyond the classic attractions.
