The altitude of over 600 metres, the proximity of the lakes, moderate north-westerly winds, low rainfall, and sandy, low-fertility soils, together with the scientifically designed, privately owned vineyard, come together to create a unique terroir where complex, distinctive, and multidimensional wines are expressed. During your visit, you will discover the estate’s philosophy through a tour of its modern and meticulously organised facilities, learning about every stage of the winemaking process — from harvesting and grape selection to fermentation and ageing in the cellars.
