Bean Festival in Sisani
In Sisani, during the last week of July, Meria Square fills with aromas, music, and visitors for the Bean Festival. The renowned local Sisani beans are cooked on-site in large cauldrons and offered to guests for free, accompanied by wine, dancing, and traditional music. Organised by the Cultural and Educational Association of Sisani, the event has evolved into an established celebration that honours the land and its people, showcasing the region’s gastronomic and cultural identity in a warm, festive atmosphere full of flavour and joy.
