“Flavours of Prespa”
In Laimos, the heart of the Municipality of Prespa, gastronomy is celebrated every year in its own festival. ‘Prespa Flavours’ continues the tradition of the former ‘Bean and Tsiromi Festival’, now showcasing all of the region’s local products: beans, peppers, herbs, dairy products, and lake fish. Stalls are set up in the village square, local delicacies are offered, and culinary as well as cultural events take place. It is a celebration of taste and hospitality that honours local production and life in Prespa.
