Lake Petron
Lake Petron lies within a basin shaped by Mount Triklario, Varnountas, Vernon, and Voras, approximately 3 kilometres west of Lake Vegoritida. Almost circular in shape and mesotrophic in character, it forms an important part of a wider hydrological network, receiving the waters of Lake Cheimaditida before flowing into Lake Vegoritida, thus creating a dynamic interconnected aquatic system. Along its shores, nature and history meet.
