Museum of the Pontic Hellenism Cultural Centre

At the Pontic Hellenism Cultural Centre of Kozani, which primarily serves as a venue for cultural events, you will find a museum that offers an introduction to the roots of Pontic Greek heritage, the Museum of Pontic Hellenism. Housed in within the same building, displays authentic Pontic costumes, replicas of agricultural tools, and its most impressive exhibit: a large-scale model featuring miniature representations of traditional buildings from various regions across eastern and western Pontus. The Centre’s library includes also holds rare publications, including books written in the Pontic dialect dating back to the 1920s.
