Panhellenic Equestrian Gathering
At the beginning of September, Vlasti hosts the Panhellenic Equestrian Gathering, a celebration of horsemanship that brings together riders and horse enthusiasts from across Greece. The programme features riding routes through the area’s lush trails and mountain paths, offering a unique way to experience its natural beauty. Alongside this, demonstrations of riding skills, endurance and agility competitions, as well as presentations of traditional equestrian techniques, bring the world of horses vividly to life, showcasing both the skill and dedication behind the tradition.
