Thrakika Epilinia

Every September, Thrakika Epilinia comes to life as a two-day celebration of the grape harvest and its traditions, organised by the Thracian Association of Eordaia. Hosted at I. Christidis Park, the event explores the world of winemaking through talks and presentations on Eastern Thracian viticulture, its history, and traditional production methods. Visitors are invited to take part in the harvest itself, follow the journey of the grapes, and experience the traditional grape-stomping process—an activity that quickly turns into a joyful celebration open to everyone. Music, dancing, and local flavours such as must pudding and regional wine complete the festive atmosphere.
